VICTOR REYES

CEO

Navy Veteran & Industrial Automation Leader with a Vision for Digital Media.  Born in the U.S. to Salvadoran parents who immigrated to escape civil war, learned English, joined the workforce, and proudly became American citizens.  Mr. Reyes carries his parents’ resilience and determination into every endeavor. As a U.S. Navy veteran, he served as an Aviation Electronics Technician aboard the USS George H.W. Bush. Completing two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, Mr. Reyes earned top evaluations for technical prowess and exceptional leadership.

After serving, Mr. Reyes transitioned into industrial automation—supporting large-scale data center projects as a Controls Engineer, QA/QC Manager, and Project Manager. His background has translated well into digital media, where clear communication, strategic planning, and system-driven intelligence are essential to building successful campaigns.

MICHAEL PREACHER

COO

Founder and former President of Unified Partnerships at iHeartMedia, Mr. Preacher built media’s first fully dedicated team focused on providing resources, expertise and executional bandwidth to agencies for public sector campaigns.  Under Mr. Preacher’s leadership, his team collaborated to pursue, win and execute more than 1,000 government contracts and hundreds of private sector campaigns.

Known industrywide as a foremost expert in public campaigns, Mr. Preacher has 30 years’ experience in media strategy, campaign and target audience research, campaign execution, analytics and resource development.

​

Mr. Preacher is a former two-time Academic All-America for the University of Oregon football program where he earned his BA in Journalism and Advertising.
